There is lots of free advice on the site. At the moment articles that may be of interest to our club members include: healing an injury with ice; basic bike set up- 5 tips on how to set up your bike so as to avoid injury; cyclists hand – handlebar palsy; cyclists hand – carpal tunnel syndrome; and 10 good reasons to get on your bike. New articles are added regularly.

The site also has an extensive team of Chartered Physios, who can offer personal injury advice, all of whom are specialists in their fields. One of our team is Alison Whiteley. Alison has worked as physio with British Cycling including accompanying them to two Olympic Games.
